Now, TIDAL served as the homepage for family and friends’ touching moments that they’ve shared with Queen Bey. From her mother Tina Knowles, to her little one Blue Ivy Carter, those dear to the “Mine” singer chimed in on melodies that reminds them of the international artist. First up was her mom, who said Stephanie Mills’ record “Home” brought back those childhood memories.

“One of both our favorite songs. I remember you singing at the People’s Workshop when you were just 9 years old. You brought the house down and got a standing ovation and all,” she wrote. “You did a spin and wound up backwards and then — in what would become ‘True Beyonce Fashion’ — you made it part of your act. The show must always go on!”

Her father, Matthew Knowles, mentioned the impact of Smokey Robinson’s “Here I Go Again.” “I used to sing this song to you when you were in your mom’s stomach. After you were born, you would stop crying immediately when I sang it to you and your eyes would light up.”

For 3-year-old Blue Ivy, the Little Mermaid’s “Part Of Your World” was her sound of choice. “Mommy you sung this to me all the time. Happy Birthday, Mommy!”

Husband Jay Z selected Coldplay’s “Yellow” song, which they sang to each other in a clip for Bey’s 2013 Life Is But A Dream documentary. “This song reminds me of you and I on vacation. ‘Look at the stars, look how they shine for you.’ So many legendary nights. It represents vulnerability; it’s us in our own world, away from work and totally lost in love. ‘For you, I’ll bleed myself dry.’

Sister Solange chose Kim Burrell’s soothing track “Holy Ghost” stating: “I think about one of the best moments in my life. My sister, humming this with me softly, being the calming beautiful spirit she is, making everything that resided in that moment filled with love.”

Her Destiny’s Child sisters also weighed in on their favorite songs that reminded them of Yonce. Michelle Williams highlighted the significance of Shuggie Otis’ “Island Letter.” “I have a fond memory of us pulling to Newark Airport to travel and you would almost go into a trance listening to this entire Shuggie Otis album titled ‘Inspiration Information,'” Michelle said. Kelly Rowland also selected the classic Mary J. Blige single “What’s The 411?”

“I remember us listening to this song over and over the first time I stayed overnight at the house on Parkwood Street,” Kelly revealed. “I felt like I had truly found a friend and what turned out to be a lifelong bond.”
