Bow Wow Says Erica Mena’s Revelation Of Her Miscarriage Is “Attention Seeking”

On Thursday (Sept. 17), former reality star Erica Mena took to Instagram to reveal that she suffered a miscarriage earlier this year while carrying her fiance Bow Wow’s child. Sharing a poem with her followers about her loss, she then took to Twitter to say that she was not ashamed of opening up, and that openness has helped her deal with adversity. But unfortunately, Bow Wow begs to differ.

“I’m open about it. I’m not the only one,” she wrote. “Speaking my mind has always helped me deal & heal. So I’m NEVER ashamed. Can you say the same?”

Bow Wow, on the other hand, disagreed with Mena’s social media revelation that the couple has lost their child. Sharing a video of his thoughts on the matter, the rapper/actor slammed his fiancee for “attention seeking.” He also expressed that Mena’s posts were about an incident that occurred five months ago, furthering his stance that it did not have to be mentioned.

“First and foremost, I feel like telling your personal business on social media, I feel like that’s one of the lamest things you possibly can do,” Bow Wow said. “I feel like it’s attention seeking, especially when it’s news that happened five months ago. It’s not recent, it’s five months ago.”
