J Balvin Will Honor Mexican Independence Day With A Free Concert

J. Balvin took a stand for Mexico earlier this year, and now he’s further cementing his solidarity with our neighbors south of the border with a real musical treat. The Colombian reggaeton star recently announced that he will be putting together a free concert at the Zócalo in Mexico City on Sept. 15, to celebrate Mexican Independence day.

The free show will go down in honor of Mexico’s 205th anniversary on Sept. 16. Fans in the United States, who missed Balvin during last year’s world tour with Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull, can catch the him during his own headlining tour alongside Becky G, beginning Sept. 23 in Miami.
