During This Season Of Reality TV, Ja Rule Wants Viewers To 'Follow The Rules'
Ja Rule and his family will make their TV debut this fall with a new docu-series.
Ja Rule is back on his entertainment tip but this time it’s a little bit different. This go-round, we’re all going to have the pleasure of seeing the family man side of the once notorious Murder Inc. rapper. The folks at MTV have picked up a docu-series called Followed the Rules that’ll follow the life of Ja Rule and his family.
After the network confirmed that a Ja Rule series was on the horizon for development almost a year ago, MTV has delivered a much anticipated trailer for the new show on its way to its fall premiere. The preview shows another side to the artist as we take a look into the marriage to his wife, Aisha, along with raising their three kids. The short clip shows Ja dishing out advice on women to his son. “Life, my son, is kinda like baseball,” he said. “You’re trying to get to home base. You’re trying to get to the unicorn at the end of the rainbow.”
The Run’s House-esque reality show will look to put a new spin on what family tradition really is. Check out the trailer for Follow the Rules as is slated to premiere on Oct. 26 on MTV.
