Rick Ross Reportedly Named In Rape Lawsuit
Rick Ross has reportedly been named in a lawsuit regarding the rape of an unnamed woman back in February. According to the woman’s account of the incident, she was sexually assaulted by an associate of the MMG boss, Thaddeus "Black" James. Though Ross was not pinpointed as the assailant, the woman is pressing suing him also because she believes James should have been “supervised,” and because she was transported in Ross’ vehicle.
According to TMZ, the woman claims she was with Ross, James, three security guards and a driver, whom she met at the W Hotel in Los Angeles after being invited to the Cannabis Cup weed convention. After one drink, she allegedly felt dizzy and passed out, and claims she woke up in Ross’ van. Returning to James’ hotel room thereafter, the woman reportedly said she passed out again, and awoke at 8 a.m. the next morning to find that clothes had been removed and that she had been sexually assaulted.
The woman has filed a suit against James and Ross. The rapper has not addressed the claims made as yet.
