After Seven Years, Janet Jackson Returns With Her “Unbreakable” Album
After a seven year musical hiatus, pop icon Janet Jackson returns with her 11th studio album Unbreakable.
She’s peppered fans since late June early July with brief interludes, and then gave us her full length single “No Sleep” with Dreamville quarterback J.Cole. Since then, she’s received BET’s Icon Award (very much so deserved) and launched her world tour, which finds Ms. Jackson in a familiar place: on a stage, where she belongs.
The 19 track opus is skim on the features (aside from Cole, Missy Elliott is the only other artist), and as always, Ms. Jackson teamed up with her musical brethren, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis as she’s done so many times before.
No need to lallygag. Head over to iTunes and download that young Unbreakable album.
