Throughout the past few days, the Internet has been abuzz about a rumor that has had both Adele and Beyoncé fans taken aback. If you happen to have missed this one, rumor has it that Adele turned down a duet with Queen Bey. Not something that many music heads would like to hear. Well, Adele has gotten wind of the hearsay and is setting the record straight.
The singer made a pit stop to Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show while on the promotion trail for her highly anticipated album 25, and gave everyone the real scoop on what’s the deal on the speculated collaboration with her and Mrs. Carter. "There's a rumor going round that I turned Beyoncé down. Which I would never be so disrespectful as to do. I'd never disrespect her like that," she revealed.
"Obviously, like, Queen B 'til the day I die,” she added. Well, there you have it folks. Not sure where or how the rumor exactly got started, but Adele is here to let everyone know that she’s indeed a part of the Bey Hive.
