Meek Mill Takes More Shots And Claims Wale Wants To Be Him

Round 2

It appears as if the feud between Meek Mill and Wale is still a thing, despite Rick Ross' attempts to mend their turbulent relationship.

Monday evening, (November 2) the Dreams Worth More Than Money artist posted a photo of his Barclay Tidal 1020 performance with an eyebrow raising caption that led many to believe he was taking more shots at Wale.

It wasn't long before the Internet made the already tempestuous situation even more hot.

Folarin, who jokingly changed his Twitter handle to "Wale-Roof Whisper" after Meek told him to jump off a roof during their first round of words, threw up a 140 characters questioning why the Philadelphia native thinks he's so coveted.

These two fight like brothers regularly so hopefully, they'll be able to put their issues to the side in the future.

Offset Sends Regrets To Cardi B Following Their Public Split While Cardi B Defends Herself To The Public

With the adventures of Cardi-Set on a fast decline, succeeding the public announcement of the newly married couples recent split, Offset penned a sincere adjacent message to Belcalis.

Using 17-of-the- 280 characters Twitter allows, the Migos rapper inscribed a five-word message to the "Be Careful" emcee. "F**k yall I miss Cardi," he wrote in eager capitals.

FUCK YALL I MISS CARDI

— OFFSET (@OffsetYRN) December 9, 2018

Sending fans into a feeding frenzy, the 26-year-old's public message many wondering why he didn't just text her?

Reading more as a publicity stunt to promote the "Walk It Talk It" creator's first solo venture, the seemingly left-field separation arrived days after the twosome were seen canoodling on a secluded island.

Taking the opportunity to set the record straight, the Invasion of Privacy rapper addressed the accusations.

“I really don’t like how people say me and my husband—whatever he is right now to me—is doing it for publicity,” the five-time Grammy-nominated artist said. “I wouldn’t put my family in a bad name for no f**king publicity, ‘cause at the end of the day, ten years from now, my daughter, she’s gonna be looking at these type of things and she’s gonna be asking me about these type of things.”

Shutting down the speculation surrounding their relationship-status only time will tell what the future holds for Cardi B and Offset.

'Queen Sono' Will Be The First African Original Series To Stream On Netflix

Netflix caught some flack over the weekend after it was reported the streaming behemoth shelled out a smooth $100 million to keep the 90s sitcom Friends. However, staying committed to original content IOL Entertainment reports Netflix will take on it first African series.

Titled Queen Sono, actress Pearl Thusi (pictured above at the 2019 Global Citizens festival) will star in the dramedy which finds Thusi portraying a spy motivated to help the lives of her South Africans, while dealing with highs and lows of a personal relationship.

Netflix's Vice President of International Originals Kelly Luegenbiehl who's in charge of content in Europe and Africa expressed excitement over Queen Sono.

"We love the team behind the show, [and] we're passionate about coming in and doing something that feels fresh and different. It's really exciting for us," she said. "Their point of view and creating a strong female character was really something that also really drew us to it.

Erik Barmack, also with Netflix, said Queen Sono is just the first of many to depict life in Africa.

"Over time our roots will get deeper in Africa and South Africa, and we're moving pretty quickly to that now, and plan to invest more in local content," he said.

Lil Mama To Bow Wow: "I Will Slap The Sh*t Out Of You"

Her stage name may be Lil Mama, but Niatia Jessica Kirkland calmly yet assertively addressed disparaging comments made about her like an adult.

The 29-year-old Harlem native took to social media Saturday (Dec. 8) to vehemently refute Bow Wow's implications she was interested in him romantically and has been with several men in her past.

"I want to start this off just by saying you played yourself, kid," Mama said. "Bow Wow, you know, that in all the years that I've ever known you, you have never known a n****r to f**k me in a week. So to even give BT advice like 'Oh y'all gonna be f**king in a week.' you're being a clown."

Lil Mama then explained the only reason she invited Bow Wow to New York was to help provide a bit of stability, and that his insinuations she wanted anything more are false.

"I was trying to bring you around some real n****s. You want to commit suicide one day. You're going crazy here. You're going crazy there. I come from a grounded environment that I was trying to bring you to. We're doing a TV show. We're creating content. You are far from the type of man that I could see myself being with, sleeping with or anything of that nature."

Lil Mama didn't dwell on the topic too long, an ended her diatribe with a warning.

"There are so many things that I could address about this show, but I'm not going to let everything pull my attention. Y'all could believe what y'all want to believe...before we start talking about a female beating my ass or anything like that let's just be clear: I will smack the sh*t out of you. Period!
