Nicki Minaj Will Receive VH1's "Big In 2015" Honor From Someone Special
Nicki Minaj had a more than successful 2015 with the continuous triumph of The Pinkprint, to a massive world tour. Now, she's being honored in a major way by someone who serves as her inspiration.
Queen Latifah is set to present the "Win Again" rapper with the "Big In 2015" distinction at VH1's forthcoming ceremony. The premise of the award show is to shine a light on entertainers who've impacted their respective fields this year.
The telecast will also be hosted by T.I. at the Pacific Design Center in L.A. Other honorees include O'Shea Jackson Jr., Aziz Ansari, and Taraji P. Henson.
"You're one of the top five in the business period," Queen Latifah told the Young Money cohort when she stopped by her daytime talk show two years ago. Fast forward to the present time, and Nicki is still reigning supreme.
"VH1 Big In 2015" is set to air on the network on Dec. 7 at 9 p.m.
