Is Meek Mill Facing Jail Time Again?

It looks like bad news is heading Meek Mill's way again.

It looks like bad news is heading Meek Mill's way again. According to TMZ, the "Lord Knows" rapper might face possible jail time for a probation violation.

The reason for Meek's reported court appearance today (Dec. 10) is that he apparently failed to notify his parole officer that he was traveling out of Philadelphia, thus failing to obtain and complete a travel request form to leave the city. It's suspected that the MMG cohort attended the American Music Awards in Los Angeles, Calif. on Nov. 22, that being the reason he's possibly in bad standing with the law.

It's unclear how long Meek might spend in jail if found guilty, but a similar situation occurred in 2014. He was sentenced to three to six months behind bars for a violation of his parole which stemmed from a 2009 drug and gun charge.

On Thursday morning, the Philly native posted a message to his fans, asking for their prayers that the outcome of his court appearance will be in his favor.

"Pray 4 me... it's in gods hands!" he wrote.

Nebraska Murder Suspect Tries To Kill Himself During His Own Murder Trial

A Nebraska man charged with first-degree murder attempted to kill himself Monday (June 23)  during his own murder trial.

As a trial witness left the stand, Aubrey Trail randomly stood from his wheelchair and shouted before repeatedly slashing his neck with a small blade.

"Bailey is innocent, and I curse you all,” Trail yelled.

Trail fell to the floor after the outburst with blood spewing from his neck. Deputies reportedly tried to disarm Trail while ensuring his own safety, and shortly after a cleaning crew was dispatched to the courtroom to clean the mess.

Trail, 52, and his girlfriend, Bailey Boswell, 24, both face the death penalty if convicted of the suffocation and dismemberment of Sydney Loofe. Trail and Boswell met Loofe via the social media dating app, Tinder.

On Nov. 16, 2017, Loofe went missing after Boswell and Trail arranged a date. Shortly after their meeting, the couple denied any involvement in her disappearance. Then Boswell gathered the press to confess to killing 24-year-old Loofe accidentally while enacting a "sexual fantasy."

Trail's defense team still thinks despite Monday's episode they can get a fair trial. Saline County District Judge Vicky Johnson said she will question each juror individually in her chambers and instruct them to disregard Trail's actions.

Testimony was scheduled to resume Tuesday morning. (June 25)

50 Cent Says 'Power' Will Not End After Season 6: "I Changed My Mind"

Fans were shook after Starz announced that its popular series, Power, would end after its sixth season.  Nearly two months after the initial announcement, however, 50 Cent suggested the hit series is far from over. In fact, in a post on Instagram on Tuesday (June 25), Fif said more seasons are on the way.

"I Changed my mind. POWER is not going to be over after season 6," 50 captioned a post of himself. "This sh*t is too good."

Although 50 as acted as an executive producer on the series, his statement likely comes as a shock to the cast as well as its co-creator, Courtney A. Kemp.  Carmi Zlotnik, Starz's president of programming, also released a statement in May 2019, confirming the show's end.

"Season 6 brings us to the end of what we know is just the first chapter of the 'Power' story. However, as one chapter comes to an end, another will begin," Zlotnik said in a statement. "Courtney Kemp and 50 Cent have created a world rich with complex and dynamic characters and there are a number of stories we plan to tell as we continue to explore and expand the 'Power' universe."

All things considered, this is probably just another one of 50 Cent's trolling stunts. Nonetheless, it doesn't hurt to dream.
