The Re-Up: Beyonce Will Join Coldplay For Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show
Three years after shutting the power off in New Orleans after her Super Bowl Halftime show, Beyonce is set to return to the stage, this time with Coldplay.
Pepsi announced Thursday (January 7) Queen Bey and Coldplay will rock out together on February 7th at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Coldplay’s forthcoming performance comes on the heels of the band’s latest album A Head Full of Dreams, which features several collaborations with Beyonce, including their single”Hymm For The Weekend.”
Back in 2013, Beyonce headlined the Super Bowl Halftime show in New Orleans’ Superdome, where she reunited with members of Destiny’s Child. The following year, Bruno Mars and his band performed with Bruno doing an electrifying drum solo in honor of his mother who recently died. Entertainment Tonight reports Mars is also expected to join Coldplay on stage.
Looks like the Beyhive will once again get their life from what can only be expected as another epic Beyonce performance.
