In an interview with GQ, the Miami native detailed his daily eating regimen, which consists of grass-fed lamb loin chops, cauliflower roasted with sriracha flavoring, kale casserole, and of course, can't forget about the Asian pears accented with cinnamon, honey, and mint. "I love pears. Most definitely- it's a fact," the "Diced Pineapples" rapper said.
A few years ago, Ross coined the term #RossFit, and showcased his weight-lifting techniques, and even broke it down in a video for CrossFit as well.
