Kanye West Asks Mark Zuckerberg To Invest $1 Billion Into “Kanye West Ideas”

Another day, another tweet storm by Kanye West. And to cap this Valentine’s Day weekend off, Kanye took to Twitter for another “very important” message. All the Chicago native wants to do is make the world a dope place, and to do that, he asked Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg to “invest $1 billion into Kanye West ideas.”

This new plea is coming off the heels of his public announcement that the T.L.O.P. artist is $53 million in debt. Previous reports have claimed that Ye has collected debt while getting his Yeezy fashion lines off the ground, but the verdict is still out on whether this is completely true.

But the point is, Kanye is not looking to use the money to help himself, but to employ a very ambitious plan to save the industry and the world. Yeezy’s rant took a lot of different directions, but after talking about the Grammys and his oath to earn 100 awards before his death, he turned his Twitter fingers to complaining about the industry saying he’s “tired of music controlled by money and perception.” That’s when he pointed to the Facebook founder for support.

“Mark, I am publicly asking for help,” he tweeted. “Mark Zuckerberg I know it’s your bday but can you please call me by 2mrw. You love hip hop, you love my art… I am your favorite artist but you watch me barely breathe and still play my album in your house…World, please tweet, FaceTime, Facebook, Instagram, whatever you gotta do to get Mark to support me…I’m this generation’s Disney… I want to bring dope sh*t to the world… I don’t have enough resources to create what I really can.”

To set the record straight: Mark Zuckerberg’s birthday is actually in May, but that didn’t stop Ye from continuing. The “Ultra Light Beams” rapper also went on to share what may have been a business plan he designed from four years ago. The plan named after his mother showed a number of boxes, split into categories based on influence and organization.

Unfortunately, he admitted that he had many meetings with professionals about this plan, but none of them “lifted a finger to help.” Ye and Facebook have somewhat of a relationship, as Kanye previously performed material from My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy at the headquarters  many years ago. So maybe Zuckerberg will be that one person to lift a finger to help. Check out more of what Kanye had to say below.
