Saba Spits Dirty Hip-Hop Then Gets The “Soap Box” To Clean Up His Mess
If you’re not up on Saba, you’re playing yourself. But hey, it’s never too late.
Chicago’s budding MC has been carving out his own lane in these hip-hop circles as of late. And he does it with an aggressive and semi-gritty flow, dipped in Jazz influences, while touching on important issues such as self-love and getting out the ‘hood. And, no he’s not a preachy rapper.
This weekend, the Westside, Chicago native dropped off “Soap Box.” Produced by Phoelix, and Saba himself, the latter goes off with his aggressive flow, reminding hip-hop contemporaries that he’s in position to do much damage to the game.
