Katt Williams Was Jumped At A Beanie Sigel Concert In Philly
Katt Williams has been on quite the headline streak in the past week. The comedian first made his way back into the news with less-than-friendly commentary about his fellow funny man Kevin Hart while on his Conspiracy Theory tour stop in Atlanta. Then he was involved in an incident with a pool store clerk days later. Following being arrested outside the pool store, Williams was then accused of holding five women at gunpoint and stealing their phones. And it seems like things haven’t let up yet.
According to video footage from Williams’ appearance at Beanie Sigel’s concert at the Trocadero Theatre in Philadelphia on Sunday (March 6), the comedian suffered quite the beatdown. At the start of the video, Williams is seen revving up to deliver a punch to a man who remains unidentified at this time. After landing his blow – as the man looks to be unexpectant of the attack – Williams is then seen being stomped out on the ground.
Williams was in town for his Conspiracy Tour stop, which took place on March 5. Ahead of the show, he challenged Hart to a $5 million bet.
“I got a show at your hometown, in Philly, I’ma tape my special there. On that stage, we can put whatever you want: a full-court basketball court, a boxing ring, two microphones for a rap cypher, or you can get your ass dusted in comedy on that stage. But it’s one million dollars up for each one. That $5 million, Mr. $28 million in Forbes. I’ll be bringin’ mine in cash, mitch. Bring yours however you want. And since you not a puppet, don’t bring no white people with you then.”
Hart has filed to directly respond to Williams’ antics, but it looks as though everyone isn’t as gracious. Watch the footage from the Beanie Sigel concert below:
