Musiq Soulchild Offers Couple's Therapy In His New Visual "I Do"
Musiq Soulchild has helped couples work through their problems with his music for years with heart-wrenching odes like "Yes" and "Teachme." As he gears up to unleash fresh tunes that will sooth your soul, the veteran R&B singer and songwriter wants to remind lovers around the world of the true worth of their romantic relationships with his new single.
In the video for "I Do," Musiq tells stories about the lives of three completely different couples in an effort to highlight an important lesson about love. The Philadelphia native describes all the joyous occasions as well as rock-bottom moments that all couples experience together. In the end, each couple realizes that if they can stand each other at their worst, then they will love each other and stay together no matter what other obstacles land in their way.
The emotionally-charged visual comes in support of his forthcoming album Life On Earth, which drops Apr. 15. Watch the video for "I Do" below.
