On Saturday (April 30), thousands of festival-goers attended the fourth annual Broccoli City Festival held in Washington, D.C. to see the likes of Anderson .Paak, Jhené Aiko, Future, and more take the stage. During set changes, VIBE strolled the Alabama Ave. venue in search of the most stylish folks, who didn’t let the over-forecast weather complete with rain showers throughout the night, rain on their fashion moment.
