Pending the results of a ballistics test, Troy Ave may also face a murder charge.

The shooting, which occurred at about 10:15 pm.Wednesday (May 25) left one man, Ronald McPhatter dead, and three–including Troy Ave–injured. NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton, who earlier called some rap artists “basically thugs” during a radio interview, said the case was moving quickly and they hope to close it soon.
