Troy Ave Releases ‘Free Troy Ave’ Mixtape From Jail

The hip-hop community in New York City is still feeling the effects of the deadly Irving Plaza shooting that took place on May 25  at at T.I. concert. While rapper Troy Ave was caught on video firing a gun at the venue, he still maintains his innocence and has some words to share with the world.

From his jail cell, the Brooklyn rapper released his self explanatory mixtape, Free Troy Ave. Currently, Troy Ave is being held without bail for his involvement in the shooting. He faces weapons and attempted murder charges related to the incident.
