Minneapolis To Host Prince Tribute Concert In October

This fall, Minneapolis, Minn., will host a Prince tribute concert to celebrate the life, legacy and timeless music of a legend who lost his life to a drug overdose three months ago.

The Purple One’s brothers and sisters made a joint statement to the Associated Press this morning, and confirmed that the concert will take place October 13, 2016, at the U.S. Bank Stadium. Tickets will go on sale in August and the performers will be announced on a rolling basis.
