Nipsey Hussle Keeps It “One Hunnit” With His Fans

While most of us relaxed on July 4th, Nipsey Hussle, again, delivered on his promise to bless us with a new track every Monday for his #MarathonMonday series. This week, the slim Loc rolled out the Mike and Keys and DJ Khalil–produced “One Hunnit.”

Here, the Crenshaw native promises to always keep it one thousand, never forgetting his humble beginnings of bending blocks in his ’85 Cutlass. Nipsey’s Victory Lap project is set to be released later this year.

The L.A. rapper has also been more vocal than ever about his political views lately. With his recent anti Trump song, Nip recently spoke his mind about the upcoming election.

“Man, I’ma be honest. I’m not even fully informed on every [candidate’s] principles and the stances they’re taking with their campaign. I just feel like what I’ve heard from Trump is unbelievable,” He recently told Billboard. “I think a lot of America feels like that. He’s wealthy, he’s a celebrity, he has a platform. People that have a platform, a voice and influence can counteract the usage of his platform.
