“I’m Jamla/Roc Nation,” Rapsody said during her set. “Jamla” is a reference to the indie label, Jamla Records, that the rapper was signed to in 2008. While definitely an exciting step for the 28-year-old, it is still unclear to what capacity Rapsody is signed to the label  Roc Nation has two divisions: one for artists including J. Cole and Rihanna, who are directly signed and the other division is for management. Some of the artists on the management side include Fabolous, Big Sean, and Meek Mill. Regardless of which division Rapsody is affiliated with, this is a very good look for the rapper, who’s built up a decade-long rap sheet.
