ScHoolboy Q Calls On His Black Hippy Family For “THat Part (Remix)”

ScHoolboy Q recruited his Black Hippy crew to deliver a new remix of “THat Part.” Q calls on Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, and Ab-Soul to add tantalizing verses to the lead single off his sophomore album Blank Face LP. “Groovy Tony” also switches up his verse to include references Alton Sterling and “Black Lives Matter.”

“Gangbangin’ like we stand for sometHin’/WHen Alton Sterling gettin’ killed for notHin’,” raps Q. “Two cowards in the car, tHey’re just there to film/Sayin’ #BlackLivesMatter should’ve died with Him.”

The next major release from Top Dawg Entertainment features 17 tracks with collaborations from Kanye (of course), Jadakiss, Vince Staples, E-40, Miguel, Justine Skye, Tha Dogg Poung, and Anderson .Paak. Q also recruits revered producers like Swizz Beatz, DJ Dahi, Tyler The Creator, Cardo, Sounwave, Metro Boomin, Alchemist, and more to craft unique beats for the album.
