Shad Moss Is Returning To Rap With Help From Snoop Dogg


Snoop Dogg will spearhead the final studio album from Shad Moss. The artist formerly known as Bow Wow announced the collaboration on social media Saturday (Aug. 6).

Being that Uncle Snoop gave Moss a platform when he was just a youngin,’ he’s a perfect choice for the new release.

“My last album will be Executive Produced by my uncle Snoop and myself,” Moss wrote on Instagram. “Since he brought me in the game, its only right i involve him and end it with him. ITS OFFICIAL!!!! THIS SH*T BOUT TO BANG ON MOMMAS! And we aiming and im [sic] talking RECKLESS on this album. NOBODY SAFE.”

Moss’ last studio album, New Jack City II, was released in 2009.  In May of this year, 29-year-old Moss confessed that he always “hated rapping” and planned to retire from the game by age 30. His final album is titled, NYLTH.
