Jeffrey Harrison, 33, received a special delivery of sneakers, tracksuits and basketball shorts so that he could emulate no. 23 during his pickup games. Jordan became aware of Harrison’s movements across the net for being known as the guy who plays bball dressed in MJ apparel from head to toe, and even made a phone call to the Idaho native to give him some words of encouragement.

Harrison told KREM that MJ’s gesture brought him to tears. “The fact that Michael Jordan took the time to call and put all this together. I love it, even the cologne even the sweats, I love it.”

One of Harrison’s closest friends, Alfred Byrd, told the news site that he’s been adorning the former Chicago Bull’s attire since 2010. “He wakes up in the morning watches Michael Jordan videos, studies Michael Jordan moves,” Byrd said.
