According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the accuser, who has now been identified as Angela Triplett-Hill, says  Williams assaulted her while she was his personal assistant on a movie set in Los Angeles in 2014. Williams’ attack was allegedly provoked when Triplett-Hill took a phone call, which led to the comedian lunging at her. He then allegedly yanked the phone from her hands, before “violently striking” her repeatedly in the face and slamming her to the ground, which ultimately knocked her unconscious. Triplett-Hill was reportedly hospitalized for three days.
