Leslie Jones Has Been Live Tweeting The Olympics & It’s Everything We’ve Ever Wanted

Ghostbusters and SNL star Leslie Jones took a brief hiatus from Twitter after being the target of racist and sexist remarks from trolls of the site. She’s a huge supporter of the United States women’s gymnastics team…

And call us crazy, but we’re thinking that Ms. Jones loves to watch swimming…

She’s extremely proud of Serena and Venus, despite the sisters getting cut in round one of the doubles matches.

Leslie also put an Olympic-themed spin on a classic N.W.A track after the men’s team, lead by legend Michael Phelps, won the 400-meter freestyle relay.

Her enthusiasm has attracted a whole lot of attention, and according to reports, NBC’s Olympics’ executive producer Jim Bell caught wind of her tweets and invited her to come to Rio on behalf of NBC.

Leslie responded with “hmmmm don’t play cause y’all need me! I would have the whole Olympics pumped!!”
