Allow Young Thug To Re-Introduce Himself With ‘No, My Name is JEFFERY’


Young Thug feels the need to reintroduce himself. And he did it by releasing his anticipated album, No, My Name is JEFFERY, but not before a couple of push-backs.

The 10-track effort finds Jeffery celebrating the musicians that inspire him with songs like “Swizz Beatz,” “Webbie” featuring Duke, “Wyclef Jean,” and “RiRi,” among others.

During a recent interview with Travis $cott on his .Wav radio show, Young Thug said he wants to get back to who he is really is.

“I just want to get off of the ‘Slime Season’ sh*t because I never had a street mentality,” he said. “I always had a Michael Jackson mentality. The message is to go back to who I really am. I really am Jeffery. That’s really my swag.”
