Francis and the Lights Teams Up With Kanye West On “My City’s Gone”


Fellow Kanye West and Chance The Rapper collaborator, Francis and the Lights have just released their new album, Farewell Starlite, which features a fun new single “Friends,” featuring Bon Iver and Yeezy himself.

For those who might not be hip to the Oakland group, the band is led by Francis Farewell Starlite and was formally introduced to the Hip-Hop world years ago. However, Chano’s magnum opus, Coloring Book received help from the group and they ahve worked with artistgs like Drake, The Weeknd, Frank Ocean, as well Mr. West on multiple occasions. In fact, Kanye makes another memorable appearance on the track, “My City’s Gone.”

Their debut album also features production from Cashmere Cat, Benny Blanco, and Nate Fox. Farewell Starlite is available for free download and stream here.
