Filmed in Atlanta, the 2016 BET Hip-Hop Awards took over the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre again for the annual event. Tuesday night (Oct 4) was a memorable one as the biggest and brightest rap stars flooded the southern city.

Social media megastar DJ Khaled hosted the wild night with ATL’s own Gucci Mane kicking things off with a pleasant medley of his trap hits. The Mike WiLL Made It-produced “First Day Out Tha Feds” set the tone for Guwop. He was soon flanked Travi$ Scott, Young Thug and Quavo to close out his performance.

Later in the evening, T.I., Big K.R.I.T., Lil’ Uzi Vert, Isaiah Rashad, 21 Savage, Desiigner, Lil’ Yachty, D.R.A.M., Dae Dae, and Young M.A. also hit the stage during various times for riveting sets.
