If Kevin Hart Had A ’30 For 30′ Special, Here’s What It Would Entail
Kevin Hart has stepped into the film/TV realms of comedy, action, and now sports. ESPN’s storied franchise, 30 for 30, aimed their doc-lens on the Philly native, telling the story of his rise and fall as a recurring All-Star Celebrity Game player.
“What if I told you that the smallest player on the court had the biggest heart?” the narration begins. The self-proclaimed GOAT of the annual NBA event spoke on his triumphs year after year, until Little League champ, Mo’Ne Davis, stepped onto the hardwood.
Hart, who was no match for the 15-year-old’s spin moves, finally met his downfall in 2015’s Sprint All-Star Celebrity Game. “I don’t really feel comfortable saying this, but Mo’Ne Davis is on HGH,” Hart unabashedly states. “It’s a fact. She’s insane. Hands were the size of a baby’s back.”
After losing to the West 57-51, Hart threw a tantrum, even taking off his shoe and chucking it down the court. “Yeah, I’ve been thrown out of games, but who doesn’t get a little upset?” Hart asks. “I lost the love for it. My heart stopped beating after a while.”
Although this preview was created all in the name of fun, it probably would’ve been a hit on the network. View the “Playing With Hart” parody below.
