Producer Domingo Brings Millennial MCs Together On ‘That’s Hip-Hop: Generation Next’

Producer Domingo Padilla has had a busy year cranking out dope beats for an array of dope emcees. Earlier this year, he stuck to his roots and connected with fellow Brooklynite Joell Ortiz to release their joint album That’s Hip Hop. Now, the veteran beat maker enlists a gang of rising artists for his latest body of work That’s Hip-Hop: Generation Next.

Don’t expect to hear any of those mumble rappers the kids keep reposting. Domingo sought after the most lyrical millennial rappers he could find from Owsin Benjiman to the teenaged rhyme slinger Token.

In addition to contributions from other rising artists like Nutso, Alyssa Marie, Whispers, and Denzil Porter, the 12-track project wouldn’t be complete without verses from Big Pun’s son Chris Rivers and special appearances from OG’s like Big Daddy Kane and Joell Ortiz.
