Talib Kweli Reaches Out To Kanye West: “We Love You, Come Home”

Kanye West’s relationship with Jay Z looks a little shaky right now, but Talib Kweli is still in the Chicago MC’s his corner.

Kweli reached out to Yeezy via Twitter Sunday (Nov. 20), following his latest concert rant involving Beyonce, Jay, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and bunch of other stuff.

However, Kweli’s issue was with West proclaiming Donald Trump a “genius” and announcing that he would’ve voted for him (only he didn’t vote at all).

“Feelings don’t matter fam. Facts matter. Real niggas still got love for you. But our ppl dying out here. Never Trump,” he tweeted to West. “The same way you want Jay to reach out to you, u should reach out to real niggas.’Cuz someone ain’t keeping it real w/ u fam.”

(And if you’re wondering why he didn’t just call ‘Ye.)

Despite getting booed for publicly supporting Trump, and cutting his show short after three songs in Sacramento last night (Nov. 19), West’s St. Pablo Tour is still a financial success.

The jaunt is expected to roll back in Inglewood, California tonight (Nov. 20), to make up for West’s canceling a show earlier in the month.

**UPDATE: West’s show at the Inglewood Forum has been cancelled.
