Mozart Rick makes it clear that he can’t be down with you if you’re trying to be “all up in his window.” The Dominican-American rapper has generated quite some buzz around the release that he wasn’t initially feeling from the jump.

Setting out to make music for his people, Rick ensures to infuse his native tongue in his unique sound. With dropping confident cues about himself, in regards to the ladies, like “ya tu va veni conmigo… oye, yo, yo, yo, soy tu tipo,” over “Disco-trap” beats, it’s clear to distinguish what his goal is in this music game: the turn up. He demands to “feel the adrenaline when [he] goes up on stage” in order to put on a good show for his fans.

Being able to get such positive feedback on the RubiRosa-produced track, which is far from one of his proudest, attests to the scope of his talent–not to mention being able to conceptualize the wavy visuals within 30 minutes with director James of Definate Films.
