Pharrell Hits the Runway At Chanel Fashion Show In Paris
Pharrell can do just about anything, including don some very eclectic threads for Karl Lagerfeld.
Skateboard P hit the runway on Tuesday (Dec. 6) for Chanel's mid-season Metiers d' Art collection and fashion show. The super producer who is known for his stylish and bold fashion statements, joined other celebrity friends in Paris, such as Cara Delevingne, Louise Parker and Rose Depp. Lagerfeld handpicked the bunch himself, as the idea was first presented to the masses in the spring.
Speaking with the Associated Press, Pharrell expressed his love for Chanel and The Ritz, which the late Coco Chanel resided. "It's surreal, as there's so much history artistically," he said. "And Chanel is a brand that I respect artistically, so I feel like it makes a lot of sense (to host the show at the hotel)." He also enjoyed his fluid blend of accessories by saying, "I like pearls."
