Chris Rivers & Star Rios Rep For The Bronx On “Chose Me” & “Your Highness”
It’s been 17 years since Big Pun passed away, and there’s no one that misses him more than his family. While the world of hip-hop remembered the life of Christopher Rios on the anniversary of his death, his kids, Chris Rivers and Star Rios, kept his memory alive the only way they knew how.
After establishing herself as a hustler with her apparel line, Star launches her rap career with her new song called “Your Highness.” She busts out memorable lyrics over Eve’s “Who’s That Girl” and sends a major shout out to her father in the first music video. Chris also makes a cameo in the video and dropped his new visuals for “Chose Me” as well. With Derez D’shon on the hook, Rivers speaks on how far his career has gotten him up until now. The spitta also reflects on his upbringing, which he believes lead him find the success he has achieved. We’re sure Big Pun himself would be more than proud of both of his kids for picking up where he left off.
