Rocking a glittery purple coat, a ruffled white shirt and black eyeliner to put it over the top, Bruno Mars did Prince proud with his riveting tribute at Sunday night’s (Feb. 12) Grammy performance. The 24K Magic singer was in full Prince mode as he performed “Let’s Go Crazy.”

Bruno has been placed in this position before. Whenever a legendary artist has passed, the Recording Academy has tapped young Bruno on the shoulder to honor those gone, and consistently Bruno has delivered, and he didn’t disappoint this time. But what really put him over the top was the OMG guitar solo.
