Chance The Rapper Took Everyone To Church With His Grammy Performance

Chance The Rapper is man of God. The Chicago native always gives God the glory so when it came time for Lil Chano from 79th to perform hits from his latest project Coloring Book, he choose “How Great”/”All We Got.” Backed by a full choir alongside Gospel legend Kirk Franklin and Tamela Mann, Chance took everyone and we mean everyone to church.

Rocking his trademark 3 baseball cap, Chance won big Sunday night. (Feb. 12) The indie artist took home a gramophone for Best New Artist, Best Rap Album and Best Rap Performance and despite being cut off by the music, he used his time during his acceptance speech to thank his team for the freedom that comes from being an independent artist. Chance also thanked Soundcloud, DJ Drama, his longtime girlfriend and his cutiepatootie daughter.
