Kanye West & Drake May Drop Their Collaborative Album Today
It can't get much better than this.
Kanye West's Yeezy Season 5 is set to debut at New York Fashion Week today (Feb. 15), but it's not the over-priced leggings and hoodies that have peaked our interest. Thanks to a tweet from GQ Style writer Jake Woolf, there's reason to believe that Ye and Drizzy are dropping a collaborated album called Lost Hills during his fashion show.
Woolf took to Twitter on Feb. 14, to unveil a flyer, with the supposed album title and both of the artist's names on it. he also attached images of graphic crewnecks with the same lettering on them. It's a little tough to say whether the photos are teasing an album or a fashion collaboration, but it's more likely to be the former.
In the past, both Drake and Ye have hinted at a joint album or at least a couple of songs together. In an interview the Pablo rapper had with Vogue in Sept. 2016, he said that he and Drake were "working on a bunch of music together, just having fun going into the studio." He also teased that "there’s some exciting things coming up soon." So Lost Hills could be that exciting news.
Both rappers have fallen silent about the rumors. So fans will just have to stay tuned. The Yeezy Season 5 show will reportedly begin at 5 p.m. ET.
