Premiere: Page Kennedy Recruits Marsha Ambrosius For "Torn Pages" Single

Page Kennedy lets his soul spill.

Do not try to squeeze this man into one category --- it just won't work. Actor and emcee, Page Kennedy, received an assist from crooner Marsha Ambrosius on his forlorn single, "Torn Pages," the title track from PG's forthcoming debut album.

On the new single, the Detroit native spills gripping lyrics on fatherhood, broken relationships, sex addiction and other heavy subjects. "I done had more porn stars than Vin Diesel drove in foreign cars/And it still wasn't enough for me/Stay single intentionally, because I hate liars, and the stress will be too much to cheat," Kennedy raps on the song.

Page, a former battle rapper, is very comfortable with being vulnerable on the mic. He uses his music as a diary for fans to connect to his inner most thoughts.

"Torn Pages is a look into my life in the most transparent way possible. I'm dealing with my demons," Page tells VIBE via e-mail. I talk about things that I have yet to completely deal with myself. I used this on an album as therapy for myself." Page explains. "No matter how rich or famous someone is you never know the struggles they have going on internally."

The upcoming artist's debut album is slated for March 10th release date, and is available for pre-order on iTunes now.

Premiere: Tommie of 'Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta' Calls On Anthony Hamilton For 'Truth' Music Video

"With every trial is a testimony!" Tommie tells VIBE. "Here is mine."

With that, the The Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta star drops her new music video for "Truth." The song sees her recounting a lifetime of struggles - sexual assault, birthing her child in jail, homelessness, and more, while a soulful Anthony Hamilton sings a hook that congratulates her for how far she's come. The video, directed by illHD and Tommie herself, splits between its own storyline and vintage footage of her life.

“This is/was my real life! Beyond the lights. I wanted to share with the people the back story, my whole truth," Tommie said. "In doing so I hope to motivate others struggling with their truth to not be afraid and be inspired to not give up!”

Emotional Orange Releases Callings Of Love On "Corners Of My Mind"

Mysterious duo Emotional Oranges are taking a reflective route with "Corners Of My Mind," a gentle ode to an old love.

The track which can be found on the duo's SoundCloud page was inspired by their friend who went through a bad breakup. It seems to be the fitting track towards the end of a coming of age romance where the couple goes their separate ways. In an email to VIBE, the faceless group explained how love was the seed that planted the smooth track.

"I watched a close friend go through an awful heartbreak recently," they said. "This song was birthed by me attempting to reflect on how I would have reacted had it happened to me. The irony is as he was losing love, I was finding new love. It made the whole process of writing it all quite painful."

The LA-based pair croons about a painful love life on the soft pop beat. "It was yesterday/You couldn't look me in my eyes, and then/There was nothing more that I could say/I thought what we had was unbreakable/Guess I was wrong/Opened it up, gave you my all/I know it seemed like you weren't enough/Try to forget, peace and reset/But I can't forgive you no more."

Emotional Oranges have released just a few singles, including the bouncy bop "Motion" and "Personal" that gained fanfare online.

According to the musical pair's Twitter page, fans can expect a new EP, as well as a tour announcement and "cute merch" following "Corners Of My Mind."
