A Warrant Has Been Issued For Azealia Banks After Allegedly Biting Another Woman's Breast

Who bites another woman's boob?

Azealia Banks is a wanted woman. A judge has reportedly issued a warrant for the 25-year-old rapper's arrest in regards to a 2015 incident, in which she allegedly bit a woman's breast at New York City nightclub Up & Down. Banks was initially scheduled to appear in court on three different charges of assault on Monday (Mar. 6), but was a no-show, Pitchfork confirms. A California entertainment attorney representing Banks, released a statement shortly after the missed court hearing, alleging the rapper's absence was merely a miscommunication.

"Azealia Banks mistakenly believed she had a court appearance on March 8 instead of March 6," the attorney said in a statement to Pitchfork. "She was in France for Fashion week due to meetings and other social gatherings and was not able to arrange her flight in time to appear today." The statement also apologized on Banks' behalf and suggested a possible solution to remedy the mistake. "She apologizes and will apologize in person to the court for missing her scheduled hearing. In addition, she attempted to appear via a New York Attorney and through a close family member. Ms. Banks will go to the department to remedy the situation as soon as possible," the statement concluded.

Azealia is reportedly facing charges of misdemeanor assault, attempted assault, and disorderly conduct. Back in December 2015, "The Big Big Beat" artist attended a private party at the NYC nightclub where she got into a dispute with the one of the club's female bouncers. The rapper allegedly attacked the woman, biting her on the breast before being tossed out of the venue, according to reports at Page Six. She was initially charged with third-degree assault.

This isn't the first time Banks has assaulted a security guard. One month earlier in November 2015, the rapper was caught on camera physically fighting with another security guard at a nightclub in Los Angeles. Although the LAPD opened a criminal battery investigation against Banks, the district attorney ultimately dropped assault charges due to lack of evidence. Hopefully Azealia will be so lucky to dodge assault charges a second time.

Diddy Settles Sexual Harassment Lawsuit With Former Chef

Diddy has reportedly reached a settlement with his former personal chef in a sexual misconduct lawsuit that was filed in 2017, NBC Los Angeles reports.

The settlement stems from a lawsuit Cindy Rueda filed nearly two years ago. Rueda was reportedly Diddy's personal chef from Apr. 2015 to May 2016. She accused the Bad Boy mogul of sexual harassment and unfair wages. She claimed that she never received additional pay for extra work hours during her time of employment.

Additionally, she alleged that Diddy requested that Rueda serve breakfast to him and a guest in his bedroom. During those incidents, she said she was forced to see "Mr. Combs and his guest indisposed and engaged in sexual activity." Upon entering, she alleged that he would then yell and curse at her.

In Aug. 2017, a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge sent Rueda's case to mediation outside of the court due to the terms of an agreement she previously signed as an employee for Diddy.

The terms or value of the settlement has not been disclosed at this time.

Eminem Continues To Fire Shots At MGK During Australia Concert

It looks like Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly's beef is still going strong. During Eminem's latest concert in Australia, the rapper called MGK a "c*cksucker."

It all started when Em's fans began chanting for him to play his 2018 diss record, "Killshot." Instead of performing the track however, the Detroit native said: "I would but I don't want to give that cocksucker any more fucking light."

"Make some noise for your f**kin' selves and make nothing for MGK," he added before continuing with his set.

Em's latest comments come months after his feud with MGK exploded in 2018. The beef ignited after Em addressed Machine Gun on his Kamikaze album, which prompted the Houston artist to return with "Rap Devil." Fans thought the beef had died down, but was later resurged with Eminem's "Killshot."

Check out Eminem's latest diss in the video below.
