Fetty Wap Involved In New Jersey Dispute That Resulted In Shooting

Paterson, N.J. native Fetty Wap was involved in an altercation in his hometown that led to a shooting at an all-night deli, NorthJersey.com reports.

Paterson Deputy Police Chief Troy Oswald said that the incident occurred around 5 a.m. on Sunday (Mar. 26), and the musician and several of his friends were involved in the shooting.

While Fetty wasn’t listed as a suspect, Raheem Thomas was arrested after posting a photo to Instagram with a 1738 chain. While Thomas says that he didn’t steal the chain, he was still booked on gun charges. The two have had a long-standing beef, and Thomas’ Muscle Team Entertainment released a diss track geared towards Fetty and RGF in January.

Three people were wounded at the scene of the shootout. One person was hit in the leg, while another was hit in the torso. Two of the victims were taken to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, while a third victim checked himself into Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, N.J.

None of the injuries are reportedly life-threatening.
