Brooklyn’s Joey Bada$$ announced his sophomore album, All AmeriKKKan Bada$$ along with the trailer for the new project late last week. Directed by Nathan Smith, and Joey Bada$$, the new visuals follow a group of men and women facing a firing squad and Ku Klux Klan members. The gripping video plays right into Joey’s equally engrossing lyrics.

“Trickery in the system, put my ni**as in prison/All our history hidden, ain’t no liberty given/We all fit the description of what the documents written/We been lacking the vision and barely making a living/We too worried to fit in while they been benefiting,” raps Bada$$ on the song.

All-AmeriKKKan Bada$$ will be released on April 7 (Pro Era/Cinematic Music Group).
