Ryohei Kawanishi founded LANDLORD in 2015, and the head designer drew heavy inspiration from 1990s style in his debut fashion show at AW16. Fast forward to 2017, and the Japanese designer has LANDLORD collaborating with Gap UK for a spring capsule featuring vintage Gap pieces such as khakis, hoodies and graphic t-shirts.
