Nicki Minaj Silences Trey Songz's Claims He Boosted Her Career
Clap back season!
Approach with caution because clap back season is in full effect.
Following Trey Songz's alleged claims Nicki Minaj "didn't have sh**" before he collaborated with her on his 2010 hit "Bottoms Up," the Pinkprint rapper hit back Sunday night, (Mar. 26) on Twitter
Onika called on the help of her Barbz to silence the R&B singer, asking her fan club to send her a list of all of her opening acts she's had on every American and international tour. A couple of minutes later, one of her fans delivered the goods, with a full list from her Pink Friday tour to her Roman Reloaded tour and beyond. And lo and behold, on her Pinkprint tour list was Trey Songz' name listed as an opening act.
After taking part in the shade, Nicki returned to her regularly scheduled programming, teasing a musical surprise for her loyal followers. As for Trigga, the R&B singer, who recently dropped his album Tremaine, has not uttered another word about the ongoing beef. However, he did share a motivational message on his Twitter page Sunday, tweeting: "God removes some people out of your life to protect you; let them go; do not go after them; do not let them back in!" So it's probably safe to say that fans won't ever hear Trey and Nicki on a collab again.
