Jada Pinkett-Smith, Regina Hall, Queen Latifah And Tiffany Haddish Throw Adulting To The Wind In The New 'Girls Trip' Trailer
While loyal and loving relationships with your significant other are important, every now and then you need to spend time with your friends, which is exactly what the new film Girls Trip is all about.
Starring Jada Pinkett-Smith, Queen Latifah, Regina Hall and Tiffany Haddish the four girlfriends get together after five years to have some fun in the Big Easy during Essence's annual festival. Jada's character locks eyes with Queen Sugar's Kofi Siriboe while on Bourbon Street, but not before drinking what can only be assumed as the Atlantic Ocean and then zip lining in the French Quarters and peeing on everyone.
Regina Hall's character works in entertainment and is married to a high-profile celebrity played by Luke Cage's Mike Colter, but soon realizes her fairytale relationship isn't what she thought. Tiffany Haddish provides the comedic relief (and the hallucinogens) and Queen Latifah is the voice of reason.
Girls Trip, directed by Malcolm D. Lee, was filmed last summer in New Orleans, and hits theaters July 21. Check out the hilarious trailer below.
