Tell A Friend: Eminem Dropping Genius Clues For Forthcoming Album

Get ready to be revived.

It looks like Eminem's forthcoming album could be on the way, and evidence can be found in a series of connecting clues- a fake prescription drug website, an 800-number and a commercial connected to the drug.

The rollout of ads is for the fictional drug REVIVAL, which features a stylized backwards "E." The drug is used to treat the disorder "Atrox Rithimus," and once the patient gets relief, it is described as "music to [their] ears."

A commercial for the drug can be found on the website. It features a rugged man explaining the benefits of using REVIVAL in his every day life.

"I learned REVIVAL can help get- and keep- that sh*t in check," he smiles to the camera while walking through the woods.

When VIBE called the 800-number associated with the drug, a pre-recording of a woman details important information about REVIVAL, including its side effects and who should exercise caution when taking the drug.

"You only get one shot to beat AR, don't miss your chance," the woman says on the phone, subtly referencing his monster hit "Lose Yourself." An instrumental of "I Need A Doctor" plays in the background for both the phone recording and commercial, and the voice gives you "serious f**king credit" for continuing to listen to the ad.

Reddit super sleuths found a print advertisement for the drug which was purchased by Interscope Records. The ad supposedly expires November 21, which could serve as an indication that his forthcoming album could be released some time next month.

Em's last project was 2013's The Marshall Mathers LP, and he recently got folks talking with a scathing freestyle aimed directly at Donald Trump. His manager Paul Rosenberg posted a photo on Instagram yesterday (Oct. 25) with a billboard for the drug in the background.

Chris Brown Confirms Summer Tour With Nicki Minaj

Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj are hitting the road. The duo will team up for an upcoming U.S. tour set to kick off this summer, Brown confirmed via social media Friday (April 19) after Variety reported that the tour would begin in the fall.

A potential Sept. 13 concert at New Jersey’s Prudential Center was added to the venue's website and later deleted. The site listed Brown as the marquee act, while Minaj was a featured performer.

Besides going on tour together, Minaj makes an appearance on Brown’s newly released single “Wobble Up,” which also features G-Eazy. The track is the latest music collaboration from Brown and Minaj who have worked together a few times over the years.

News of the joint tour comes a day after it was reported that Minaj parted ways with her longtime management team. The “Gonja Burns” rapper was originally billed to hit the road with Future for the North American leg of her Queen tour but the jaunt was cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. The Queens native recently finished up her European tour with Juice WRLD as her special guest.

Last Sunday, Minaj took the stage as a surprise guest for week one of Ariana Grande’s headlining set at the 2019 Coachella Valley Music Festival. It’s unclear if she will hit the stage when Grande returns to perform for week two of Coachella on April 21.

Report: Ariana Grande Got Paid Twice As Much As Beyoncé For Coachella

As fans continue to marvel at Beyonce's historical Coachella performance in the Netflix documentary, Homecoming, a new report about the pay discrepancy amongst the festival's headliners is also grabbing people's attention. According to Variety, Ariana Grande got paid double of what Bey earned for her performance.

Grande reportedly made $8 million from the festival, while Beyoncé only took home an estimated $3 to $4 million.

This certainly seems a little odd to fans due to a handful of reasons. For one, Beyoncé is a much more seasoned artist. Additionally, her headlining show, also known as BeyChella, was a historical moment that drew millions of viewers.

Grande also made history this year as the youngest artist to ever headline the three-day event, but the U.S. pay gap may have more to do with the huge difference between their paychecks. Black women make approximately 65 cents to every dollar earned by their white male counterparts. By contrast, white women earn 83 cents to every dollar earned by white men, according to the Pew Research Center.

Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, And More Join Lil Dicky's Animated "Earth" Music Video

Lil Dicky enlisted a wide range of A-list celebrities for his animated video 'Earth,' which aims to celebrate our home just time for Earth Day (April 22).

Rappers Snoop Dogg, Lil Yachty, Tory Lanez and Wiz Khalifa as well as John Legend, Kevin Hart, Lil Jon, Miguel and Bad Bunny voice different wild animals in the seven-minute visual, which dropped on Friday (April 19). Other voices include Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Leonardo DiCaprio, among several others.

The track was originally supposed to be about animals, however Lil Dicky realized he wanted to use the track to raise awareness about climate change and environmentalism.

"As I started thinking about my song, I thought, 'It’s probably a good thing that all the profits that come from this song go to charities involved in saving the environment,'" he explained to Rolling Stone. "It was always in my head that this was going to be something that helped raise money for environmental issues, but I didn’t really know the facts. I looked into it and was blown away."

Dicky says that he was working on the song for about two-and-a-half years before it was released. It's quintessential Lil Dicky, but it's also informative.
