Pusha T Responds To Drake On ‘The Story Of Adidon’
Pusha T has spoken.
Only four days after Drake released his murderous single “Duppy Freestyle,” Pusha T has released his own freestyle aimed at Drizzy. The rapper dropped the new track, entitled “The Story of Adidon” on Hot97’s Funk Flex show on Tuesday evening (May 29), and fans are saying he is airing out all of Drake’s dirty laundry.
Pusha T reportedly raps over the instrumental of JAY-Z’s single “The Story of O.J.” The track apparently takes aim at Drake’s relationship with his family, among many other topics. “You mention wedding ring like it’s a bad thing / Your father walked away at five, hell of a dad thing / Marriage is somethin’ that Sandy never had, Drake / How you a winner but she keep comin’ in last place,” Pusha raps. He also claims the rapper has a secret son.
As noted, Pusha’s latest song is reportedly a follow up to his first single, “Infrared,” which initially took shots at Drake. In a recent interview with Vulture, Pusha commented on the budding feud, saying that he is “ready for everything that comes with it. Everything. And we gonna deal in truths.” “Because, I feel like I was questioned. My truth was questioned, and I’m gonna deal in truths all summer long. If everybody wanna deal in that, then I have no problem with that, I think it’s great. Think the world needs truth,” he added.
Fans have been buzzing on Twitter about the new song, suggesting that Pusha is far from out of the game. Check out the new song and fan reactions below.
