Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty To Photographer Assault Charges

News

It was reported on Jul. 5 that Chris Brown was arrested after a concert at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Fla. for an outstanding warrant stemming in connection to an alleged attack on a photographer in 2017.

The Heartbreak On A Full Moon musician pleaded not guilty to the attack, per The Daily Mail. Brown did not attend Monday’s court hearing (Jul. 9), so the plea was put forth┬áby his lawyer. After being arrested after the concert, he was released on $2,000 bail. The authorities were reportedly waiting in the wings for Brown’s concert to end.

According to reports, Brown allegedly hopped over a couch and punched a photographer in the face after he refused to stop snapping pictures of him and his crew at a Tampa nightclub called the Aja Channelside.

“In 2014, Chris spent nearly three months in jail for violating his probation after allegedly hitting a man in Washington, and had his probation revoked in January 2015 following a poor report which claimed he had a ‘knack’ for finding trouble and had been present at two shootings, but he was not involved in either,” writes the site.
