Omarosa Reportedly Recorded Trump Conversations While Working At The White House

News

This must be in an effort to drum up some publicity for her forthcoming tell-all book UNHINGED. Nonetheless, sources close to former White House aide Omarosa have confirmed to The Daily Beast that the villainess of The Apprentice recorded conversations with Donald Trump, and has played the tapes for many people.

“One person confirmed to The Daily Beast they had heard at least one of her recordings featuring President Trump,” the site reads. “Multiple sources familiar with the so-called ‘Omarosa tapes’ described the recorded conversations between Trump and Manigault as anodyne, everyday chatter, but said they did appear to feature Trump’s voice, either over the phone or in-person.” Omarosa says that in UNHINGED, she plans to detail her brief time as a member of Trump’s administration.

She reportedly resigned from her position as director of communications for the White House Office of Public Liaison back in December 2017, and she gave glimpses into her time working with her old friend 45 during her stint on Celebrity Big Brother. To the surprise of no one, she told fellow houseguest Ross Mathews that America will not be okay under Trump’s regime.

In a page from the book obtained by The Daily Beast, Omarosa describes an effort to purge the White House of “leakers,” lead by former communications director, Anthony Scaramucci.
